Sussex Yoga Presents Rise & Shine:
A Yoga Retreat for Empowered Balance
As the season begins to shift and spring slowly emerges, take time to step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself. This 4-hour retreat, designed for beginners and intermediates alike, offers a gentle yet empowering experience to help you embrace the fresh energy of the season.
You’ll begin with an uplifting Hatha yoga flow to awaken your body, followed by calming breathwork and guided meditation to bring clarity and focus. A face yoga session will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised, and a closing restorative yoga practice will encourage deep relaxation.
Throughout the retreat, we’ll also explore themes of empowerment and mindfulness, drawing inspiration from a variety of books on manifesting, resilience, breathing techniques, and personal growth.
Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this retreat is the perfect opportunity to step into the new season feeling balanced, inspired, and renewed.
Join us on the 2nd March 2025 at 10am-2pm to welcome the energy of spring with intention and self-care. Let’s rise, shine, and move forward with purpose!
