UPCOMING CLASSES
Saturday 20 January 9am-10am: Sussex Yoga Studio
Hatha Strength & Flow. £15 per person. Join me for my January Yoga Challenge - each Saturday in January! Feel yourself getting stronger and more flexible and set yourself up for a healthier start to the new year. You can purchase ad hoc classes for £15 or you can commit to 4 classes for an upfront payment of £55 taking the cost down to £13.75 per class. Although we will work on the whole body, there will be a focus on strengthening your core, obliques, quads and shoulders. Poses are more static than in Vinyasa and there is a focus on alignment. This class is suitable for beginners or intermediates. This week we will be focusing on working up to Fallen Triangle Pose. A great pose to stimulate your organs, boost energy and creativity, increase balance and stability and really good for arm, oblique and core strength.
Friday 26 January 12pm-1pm: Sussex Yoga Studio
Chair Yoga. £15 per person or a 4-class pass for £55. These Chair yoga classes are aimed at people struggling to get on or off the mat, people coming back from injuries and people struggling to get on their knees. We will mainly be doing poses on the chair but we will also be doing standing yoga poses on the mat. Chair Yoga is a safe, low-impact alternative for anyone wanting to release tension and pain, get better sleep, become more flexible, reduce stress and increase stability, balance and strength. These classes will continue on a weekly basis, every Friday at 12pm-1pm.

This class is suitable for beginners or intermediates. Each week we will work our way up to a Peak Pose. This week we will be focusing on working our way up to Half Moon pose. A great pose to improve digestion, relieve stress, improve balance and stability and to lengthen the spine, amongst other things.
Wednesdays from 10th January - 7 February 8.30am-9.30am: Cumnor House School Sussex
Hatha Strength & Flow. £10 per person. For mums and dads who have children attending Cumnor House Sussex. Term-time only. This is a stronger yoga class for beginner and intermediate levels focusing on both strength and flexibility. *Please enquire about availability.
